Shipping Policy

We ship Australia-wide and want every Calmoroo order to arrive safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know.
Free standard shipping on all orders over $60 AUD Australia-wide.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly through the courier's website.
If you haven't received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@calmoroo.com.au.
4. Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Calmoroo is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at hello@calmoroo.com.au. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
5. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@calmoroo.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Please include your order number and, where possible, photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible — either with a replacement or a full refund.
Calmoroo is not liable for parcels lost or damaged due to circumstances outside our control once they have been handed to the courier.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or uncollected parcels, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.
If redelivery is not arranged within 14 days, we reserve the right to refund the order minus the original shipping cost.
7. Public Holidays & Peak Periods
During public holidays and peak shopping periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday, and sales events), processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these times and will always keep you updated.
