Return Policy

We want you and your dog to be completely happy with every Calmoroo order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.


14-day return window — you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

✔  Be returned within 14 days of the delivery date

✔  Be in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and undamaged

✔  Be in its original packaging where possible

✔  Include your proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


Non-returnable items

✖  Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear

✖  Items returned after the 14-day window

✖  Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)


How to start a return

Email us at hello@calmoroo.com.au with your order number and reason for return

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions

Send the item back using a trackable shipping method — return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method


Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered — contact us at hello@calmoroo.com.au within 14 days and we will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.


Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
